Pre-LGPE Schedule 2020

​

6:00 p.m.   Arrive at Apalachee High School, find Mr. Pearce in the cafeteria for final information before warm-up

6:30 p.m.   WMS Band Warm-Up- AHS Chorus or Band Room

7:00 p.m.   WMS Band Pre-LGPE Prepared Performance

7:30 p.m.   Pack up instruments; return home, have a WONDERFUL night or stay and hear the H-MMS 8th Grade Band and the AHS Wind Ensemble, and then return home and have a WONDERFUL night! :)

 

Items of Note:

 

• Any large instrument (tuba, bari sax, etc.) that a student needs brought to AHS will need to be loaded in Mr. Pearce’s vehicle before the student leaves school on Monday afternoon.

• Percussionists should make sure they load all small percussion items when they leave school the day of the concert so that Mr. Pearce can bring them to the performance, along with any school-owned sticks or mallets needed for the performance.

• ALL students need to make sure they take their music and their instrument home with them from school on the afternoons before each of these concerts, so they can have them with them for the performance. Do NOT plan on having Mr. Pearce make a last-minute run back to the school for you to pick up your instrument or music.

• Uniform for This Concert:  Black WMS Polo Shirt, Black Dress Pants or Full Length Skirt, Black Dress Socks or Hose, Black Closed-Toe Dress Shoes.  ​
